《华夏之夜》大型文艺综合演出100名儿童合唱团接受报名

A choir of 100 Huaxia students will perform two songs at the beginning of HXN, to kick of this spectacular show. We will be accepting application immediately and will be on first-come-first-served basis. Once the head count reaches 100, we will no longer accept any application. Please send an excel file with the following information: student’s name, gender, cell phone number, email address, age, parent’s name, branch etc to hx_night@yahoo.com if any of your student is interested in performing. Practice procedure will be announced once it is available. Parents are responsible to send students to a designated place for practice each time. No ticket will be offered to these 100 performing students.

 

1. Time and location for rehearsal

 

There will be FOUR rehearsals before 1/31/2009.  Thanks to HX Edison and Montgomery branches, the rehearsal will take place:

 

1). 12/21(Sun) 1-3:20pm. Edison.  Classroom 101 (next to Cafeteria)

2). 1/17 (Sat) 1:30 – 3:30pm. Montgomery. Cafeteria

3). 1/25 (Sun): 1-3:20pm. Plainsboro.

Parents of Chorus students please carpool as much as possible since we have limited parking space.  Also, please park  car at Park Lot 1 and 2 (across the street of the school building), NOT at Parking Lot 3 (next to Cafeteria) and Teacher’s Parking next to Tennis court.
